This is a group for women who are willing to let go of old habits and learn some new positive ones.
You will receive in-depth personal guidance from Ceinwen Bran and the 4 week course will be packed with the following:
- Weekly meditation and relaxation MP3s
- Downloadable files which will support you through your journey
- Proven mindfulness techniques to help boost confidence, reduce stress and enable you to make positive changes
- Coaching videos
- Motivational posts and support
- An uplifting, supportive and confidential environment
This Facebook group is a secret group so it can only be found by members. Once you have paid and made contact with Ceinwen, you will be emailed a link to access the group.
If you are suffering with chronic depression or high levels of anxiety, 1-1 sessions with me might be more suitable which will also include hypnotherapy.
How to book
The course starts on Thursday 9th January 2020 and members will be welcomed into the group on Wednesday 8th January.
This 4 week stress and anxiety reduction course costs £27 per person paid in advance. Payment can be by bank transfer or PayPal (you don’t need an account).
